This message is just to let you know that The Power 16 I have used one bottle. The result is good.
In the morning I should wake up but I feel sleepy so I sleep again until 10 AM. In mid night, After I went to wash room, I can sleep again after back to room.
My Child came back from the US at 3 AM, but I did not know it until morning. It did not happen the past 30 years.
